A Big Decision

Un día un niño de seis años se acercó a su padre y le dijo: "Papá, quiero casarme".

A six-year-old boy walked up to his father one day and announced, "Daddy, I'd like to get married."

Su padre le respondió vacilante: "Claro, hijo, ¿tienes a alguien especial en mente?"

His father replied hesitantly, "Sure, son, do you have anyone special in mind?"

"Sí", le respondió el niño. "Quiero casarme con la abuela".

"Yes", answered the boy. "I want to marry Grandma."

"Espera un momento", le dijo el padre. "No creerás que voy a dejar que te cases con mi madre, ¿verdad?".

"Now, wait a minute", said his father. "You don't think I'd let you get married with my mother, do you?"

"¿Por qué no?", le preguntó el niño. "Tú te casaste con la mía".

"Why not?", the boy asked. "You married mine."
