The stolen credit card

Un hombre recibe una llamada de la compañía de su tarjeta de crédito.

A man receives a call from his Credit Card Company.

"Señor, hemos detectado un patrón de gasto inusual en su tarjeta, y le llamamos para ver si todo está bien".

"Sir, we have detected an unusual pattern of spending on your card, and we are calling to see if everything is alright."

"Sí", contestó el hombre. "Me robaron la tarjeta hace un mes".

"Yes," replied the man. "My card was stolen over a month ago."

"¿Por qué no informó que le habían robado su tarjeta?", le preguntó el representante de la compañía de tarjetas de crédito.

"Why didn't you report that your card had been stolen?" asked the credit card company representative.

El hombre le respondió, "bueno, ¡quienquiera que haya robado mi tarjeta está gastando mucho menos que mi mujer!".

The man replied, "Well, whoever stole my card is spending a lot less than my wife!"
