I'm the boss!

El jefe estaba enfadado porque sus trabajadores no le respetaban mucho.

The boss was angry that his employees weren't giving him much respect.

Después de pensar un poco, tuvo una idea.

After some thinking he had an idea.

Compró un cartel que decía "¡Yo soy el jefe!" y lo colgó en su puerta.

He bought a sign that said "I'm the boss!" and hung it at his door.

Al día siguiente, notó que alguien había pegado una nota debajo que decía:

The next day he noticed that someone had attached a note below saying:

"Tu mujer acaba de llamar. "¡Quiere que le devuelvas su cartel!"

"Your wife just called. She wants her sign back!"
